We want all our Xhantebabes to be completely satisfied with their orders & we understand that online shopping can be tricky, especially when it comes to shopping for swimwears!
We do not unfortunately offer refunds for change of mind, so please do choose carefully.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, in original conditions with tags still attached. For swimwear we do require to have the hygiene liner still on.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
Please note, Xhante Swim is not responsible for any shipping cost related to returns and exchanges of item(s), or for any loss of item(s) during shipping. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you must include a prepaid envelope/bag or may include an express Aus Post satchel for a quicker process. If you do not include a return satchel you will have to pay for postage to receive the exchanged item(s).
Shipping costs are non refundable and no exception will be made.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
Refunds: (only for manufacturing faults)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are not exchangeable.
Product quantities are subject to change during sale time due to large traffic and increase in sales, we do not take responsibility for incorrect errors in our system of product quantities during sale time.
